Man I spent a long time looking at CRMs.  I became convinced that my system wasn’t working because neither the boss nor the employees were getting into the Quickbooks, but that is where all the info is.

Now we do keep a lot of files in a shared dropbox, but again, I can’t get him to access it.  Yes, I put these apps on his phone. To no avail.

Business Manager has a thing called employee permissions, so the guys in the field see the info they need to complete the job.

Hopefully this will allow a real time electronic trail of who did what when, making billing and payroll easier.

I get a login for my clients to make ticket requests, or to look at their completed ticket updates. Plus, they’ll customize the look at feel of our schedules.

Business Manager 365 also includes an invoicing function which can be exported to Quickbooks online.

Are you thinking of getting a CRM?
