Homes & Land would be a great website to visit for articles if somehow you can’t find LauraConnorRE.com I remember when I started in real estate marketing, having a listing in a magazine was one of the main features that set higher end brokerages apart from others. Now, not so much. Magazine advertising is expensive and doesn’t seem to be the most common lead generator. In the context of Colorado, Homes & Land has two magazines, and neither covers my service area. One is the Northern Colorado Homes&Land and the other is for Southwest Colorado. If you are looking for a higher end home in either of these areas, you can go online and request a free issue of Homes and Land magazine.
